Skill Align subscriptions are generally non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the billing terms presented at checkout and this refund policy. This policy is subject to any non-excludable rights available under applicable law.
Refund requests
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, partial use, unused subscription periods, or failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.

Free-practice access and approved teacher-review access are not paid subscription purchases and do not have a cash refund value.
Before purchasing
Parents should review the selected subscription items, billing terms, included usage limits, and other published legal pages before checkout. Free-practice and teacher-access student logins are separate from subscription student logins and do not replace the paid subscription terms shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. If you need clarification before purchasing, use the available help and support channels.

Signed-in support messaging is available for parents with an active subscription, or for one month after the last billing period of a cancelled or expired subscription ends.
